Antisemitism is a Hate Crime

BRJF does not take Antisemitism lightly. Antisemitism goes on daily in the US, whether in schools, the work place, in the job market, or on the streets and needs to end. Students are most often left out of college scholarships for being Jewish, especially females; companies, government entities, and corporations more often than not turn down Jewish applicants and not because Jewish people are not qualified, but out of innate racism and arrogance. Police and sheriffs deny justice to Jewish victims often times, allowing and cajoling perpetrators of crime.

Nazism has no legal ground in the US, yet our government allows public symbols of hatred to perpetuate as "freedom of speech". Would they also allow Hitler to stomp and yell in the US today as well? Would that be considered freedom of speech? There is also the constitutional right to happiness and obstruction of that justice overrides the so-called, "Freedom of Speech" clause.

Being Jewish does not mean a person is an Israeli. Being a Jewish American citizen does not mean that Palestinians have a right to attack you or prevent you from enjoying your education on campus. But whether a person is an Israeli or American Jew, in America they have a right to happiness, safety, security, prosperity, health, and to feel free of Anti-Semitic devices and acts of aggression.

Antisemitism is in fact, a Hate Crime! It does not belong in our government, in our schools, on our streets, in our companies, in our communities, nor is welcome in the United States. The U.S. is not the place to immigrate to if you hate Judaism or Israel.

Jewish people have lived in America for hundreds of years and Israel and America have always been the best of allies and friends.

BRJF will fund lawsuits that help end discrimination against Jews, whether in government offices, schools, colleges, the job market, or any sector of any industry that uses Antisemitism to oppress, harm, create fear, obstruct the happiness and freedom of Jewish people.
